free room in schöneberg for longterm
there is a room available from 01.03. in my flat.
the location is right next to the rathaus schöneberg and also very close to julius-leber-brücke. it is pretty peaceful, parks, library, swimming hall, lots of italian restaurants. and kreuzberg is about 10mins by bike.
i am a chef, currently working my ass off, but at the same time looking for a quiter job. needless to say, food is pretty important for me.
the rent is 325, all inklusive. internet is up and running. then i would ask a small key deposit and also a small amount for the initial investments that i made, since i also just moved in and got all the essentials, like an oven, washing machine, etc..
the room has 16sqm, window facing the garden. bath with bathtub. a small, but magnificient kitchen ;) and i live in the big room with a balcony facing the street, which you can of course use as well. and thats it!
i am working night shifts right now, so a good time to visit is 17-18h.
oh, and who am i looking for? somebody responsible, who wants to stay in berlin for a while and who wants to make him or herself a nice and cozy home. the rooms are non smoking.
my name is Natalia and I am a new entry in couchsurfing.
I am going to arrive in Berlin on the 1st of March and I'll stay till the end of May.

Hi- i.m looking for a room in this area. I like go nd take a look. Is it
possible ? Mar
I match your description pretty well - looking for a long-term home, quiet & easy-going! Sending you a message now,
Your deal sounds very nice, so I'd be interested in renting the room in your apartment.
I'm a 22-year-old student from Finland (in June 23 years old). I study adult education as a major in University of Jyväskylä (psychology & economics as minors).
I'm going to do my ERASMUS-exchange period in Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. I’m a reliable, tidy and sociable person with a sense of humor. I love food, music, doing sport and party. I have regular income and home insurance. I speak Finnish and English fluently.
I'll arrive in Berlin tomorrow, on Feb 26th, because my German Intensive Course at Humboldt will start on the 1st of March. My plan is to stay in Berlin till the end of July / August 2013. I booked a hostel for the first week, but I'm doing my best to find a room to rent asap...
Looking for your reply!
now i would also rent to a short-term person for the 1 month or so.

I'm still interested in checking out the room! If you want to get a good sense of what I'm like, just check out my blog http://travelsofadam.com
- would be nice to meet up on the weekend if you're still looking for someone!
I guess you already found somebody, but in any case, I would like to show my interest, if the place is still free from 1st April onwards...
