looking to fill a room in a flatshare
Posted August 19th, 2013 - 7:40 am by from Berlin, Germany (Permalink)
I'm looking for a flatmate for a long term if possible. The room is available already from end of August/1st of September. I can send more info and photos via email :))

You can find some necessary details below:
About the flat:
- it's around 10 min. walk from sbahn Schöneweide
((s8/s9/s45/s46)Tram and bus - Schöneweide/Sterndamm (m17/m21/m37/m67, M11/X11/ 163/166/265, N67).
- Ground floor
- With small bathroom
- Big kitchen

About the room:
it's around 17m2 big room (the whole flat is 62m2) with some furniture:
- double-bed
- sofa
- book-stand
- small wardrobe
- if you have your own furniture it's not a problem :)

The area is really nice and quiet. There's a shopping center http://zentrumschoeneweide.de/ with Kaufland, Media Markt etc. Keiser, Netto are also close and a doctor's office. In the neighborhood there's also a small German Cinema and a Post Office.
It takes around 10 minutes by sbahn to get to Ostkreuz and then you can go everywhere :)

In case of any questions don't hesitate to contact me.

cheers,
Jo

Hello I will be in Berlin as of 26. August. I have an internship as a translator which can last up to a full year. Please contact me to let me know if this room is available. I am rather quiet and just play classical guitar in free time or practice my sports. I think we won't have any problems living together.

Well, I don't really know if the location is good because I don't have an exact address (or the address of somewhere that is very near for example the address of the Kaufland). If you don't mind sending me the address that would be lovely. Also I see that you are just beginning to learn German. Did you grow up in the USA or Poland. (It doesn't matter I'm just curious) I 'm from California.
