What a coincidence! My aunt has been a English teacher for 14years in a high school in Sangxiang,Zhongshan.
You can hire a nanny from the home services to take care of your daughter.
When will you come to Zhongshan?Any time you need a help, you can turn to me!

thanks. it seems they hired someone else. i am still in shanghai. we'll see what happens the next term. wen i have the opportunity i'd like to come back to san xiang. i am always free cuz i stay home with my daughter. but she's gettin old enough to go to school. so i can get her into school and if i am free i'll go south for a week or so and mom can pick her up after school etc.

perhaps you could give me some leads on schools in zhong shan san xizng etc.?

Are you searching for a primary school or a kindergarten?

t doesn't matter both are fine. but if i have to bring my daughter a kindergarten would be preferred. then i could work and she could study in the same place.

anybody got any ideas of how to find work in guangdong? i've been usin this service called "teach in guangdong". it seems that every employer they find for me won't hire me cuz i am in shanghai and will most likely have to bring my daughter and have to find care for her. i don't think where i am is the main issue i think the real issue is the "baggage" i will be bringin.

Nowadays is really hard to find a job.I'm not familiar with the teaching career.Maybe you should express well about your will to go back to Guangdong to continue your teaching and you can fully handle family business, and won't affect your job.Or teaching English in a university?
Then you will be a little free.Foreign English teachers are popular in Guangdong,I think you'll find a job you like!!
