Making someone a moderator, is there an easier way?

A former ambassador has moved back to our city and I was going to make her a moderator, is there a way to search for her name in the group to do it?

When I do an alphabetical search for her name, it gives me an error after the letter "M"

There are 84 pages, but after page 32 it says "No members of this group."

Thank you.

Thank you Jas,

Will you explain your question a little further?

Can you see the member's profile? Do you know her login name? That's what follows in her "direct URL" profile link after: http://www.couchsurfing.org/people/

Step 1. Go on your group page.

Step 2. Click on "view all group members"

Step 3. Find the person's name / username to make them moderator.

Is there a way to just search for the name? Instead of doing an alphabetical search?

For some reason it won't let me get past the letter "M" without giving me an error message. There might be something wrong in the system.

I just wanted to know is there a way to quickly find the person you're looking for in the group rather than doing an alphabetic sorting and then sorting pages upon pages.
