Hello, did she send an email from her own mail used to register in Couchsurfing? If yes did she ask why she has been deleted? If yes when it was?

I'm member of Contact Us, but not from MDST, who is in charge of this kind of situation, but just to let you know, all of us are volunteer, we don't get paid for it, and some times it take's a while to give an answer depending of the nature of each case.

Thanks Ruben.

Hello all,

First of all, please read the guidelines of this group before posting.

- Please only post questions in this group.

If you want to express your feelings and wishes over something, to make a
suggestion, to start polemics - use the Ambassador's Public group for
that.

If you think you know the answer to a question someone posted, please do
not respond in the thread; contact the moderators privately instead.

- Do not post something like "I agree", "good question", "always wanted to
know this too" or any other comment unless it is a valid follow-up
question.

Second, we cannot comment on spcecific cases for that matter you will need to contact MDST directly http://www.couchsurfing.org/contact_safety also remember that members information is 100% confidential, they are not able to comment about specific cases with third parties.

The best thing to do would be to have the actual member contacting MDST, if they did it already (as you mention) bear in mind that their page says: "Please send only one message. Our team assesses each message
individually, and takes the necessary time to give detailed, personal
responses. If you contact us multiple times about one issue, it may take
us longer to answer back. Please wait to share additional information
until we have contacted you. Thanks!"

Please let us know if you have any follow up questions.
