Advice Please! I'm now opening a Traveler's Retreat in Bulgaria, what kind of place should it be?

I've had a dream for over ten years now to open up a center for travelers and creative people, a place to call home when on the road or to come and get inspired, share and learn and create.

I've just opened a place in an old house in Bulgaria and for this autumn I've invited various teachers to come and run workshops each week.

It's a non-profit project run on a donation basis and this is how it looks so far:

What I would like to hear from you is what would you want from such a place? Should it be a place for workshops and courses? Or more like an artist collective to work on projects together? What would you hope to find there? What would you want to bring to such a place?

For now the schedule is:

Augst 26 - Tai Chi and Theatre
September 2 - Tai Chi and Theatre
September 9 - Drawing and Juggling
September 16 - Dance Expression
September 23- Free Your Voice! (singing)
September 30 - Aikido
October 7 - Philosophy and Hiking
October 14 - How t Eat From the Forest
October 21 - How to Eat From the Forest

and then it will close for the winter. I might even open it next year in Greece instead to be closer to the sea - would that be more appealing than a forest house in Bulgaria?

Thanks for your thoughts and advice, it's a big project and I could do with some feedback!
