I need some help from Italian hero’s for my thesis :-)

Ok, I’ll try to keep it short:P.
I am working on my graduation thesis, which has an subject that is related to Agriculture and Livestock in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. For now, I already have a lot of information and I already did some interviews with some Dutch and Belgium farmers and other people who are related to this sector. I’m living in the Netherlands, so it was no problem to collect the right information about the agriculture and livestock in the Netherlands/Belgium and it was easy to travel to do some interviews with these people.
But now I also need to focus on Italy, the only problem is: I don’t have that much ‘inside’ information as (native) Italian people have about the agriculture/livestock in Italy.
I already did some research (from ‘istat’), the simplified results in a NUTSHELL are:
The ‘biggest’ agriculture industries are vineyards through the whole country, the olives and the citrusfruits more in the southern regions of Italy (maybe I miss some..?). For the livestock it is mainly poultry in northern regions and cows/cattle in northern/middle regions.

Ok, Ok, What do I need?
Actually I would like to do some interviews by email/telephone (and later I try to get a cheap ticket to Italy. yes, I’m a poor student) with some cooperatives of farmers (olives, grapes, poultry etc…) or others groups where farmers are united. I’d like to contact them. The most ideal situation is to contact ALL of them :P.
1) Where can I find contact information from these cooperations/groups?
2) Do you guys know some of them? Or do you have some advice?

I know this is a bit of a strange question, but I hope someone can help me with this. If not, no problem! If it succeeds, I’ll give my future children the same name as you ;) Thanks in advance!

Peace ‘n love
