Is there a list of paid users/attendes?
Posted November 19th, 2009 - 9:48 pm by from Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany (Permalink)
Hi all,

ok we have a very big list at the generell meeting planner, but it doesnt say anything about the members who have bought a ticket for the camp/Party.

Is there anywhere a updated list like the last camps, where we can see who is DEFINATLY Comming and bought a ticket?

i didnt saw that list :) but i'm 100% , the ticket for parties is bought :)

Unfortunately we cannot provide this feature..
will have volunteers to to send mails to registered meeting participants to keep their meeting settings updated reflecting what type of ticket they bought and arrival, departure information..
sorry about the inconvenience.
cheers Andras

At CS Paella this year, Vince used the meeting planner with a seperate meeting, to put in the paid/registered members (only paid members can see it and it was not possible to join yourself). Maybe you can think about this, and also add then paid Members with a ticket, so that everyone knows who is comming to the Camp.

The current Meeting planner Groups shows a lot of people who wanna come, but as you know price of the camp, planes changed etc....i think it isnt that representative.

I will wait for the announced mails, maybe its another solution.

Hmm that idea we will consider....

Technically, we need people who put people in this private event. I will discuss it today with the team. Currently, core members are busy with their tasks. Maybe we will ask some volunteers. More info will come later.

your name is not shown on the bank-statement yet..
did you make a direct money transfer by bank ?
from turkey should take like a week.
anyway the best is to scan all your transfer document and the registration answers and send it to the e mail shown on the camp website.
thanks for your patience.. cheers Andras
have you got the visa?? :-)) !! great!

Hi guys, our online list currently holds only people who were registered thru Alertpay. I am working on the semi-auto registration of the bank-transfer-way people...

Just one question:
I booked 2 6days ticket with no accomodation, one for me and one for a friend of mine I will be travelling with, and I payed both with my credit card. How do I know the process went through? I only know from my AlertPay account I payed for two tickets. Moreover there was an option "send it by mail" or something like that. Am I supposed to receive the tickets at home?
Thanks

Do not worry, we will. Actually I just finished the program script which semi-automatically confirms bank transfer payments. The return email is being polished by a native English speaker to ensure not having any grammar errors. You will get your confirmation soon. When I remember right, your payment has arrived, but plz wait for the confirmation. Places will be reserved by the arrival of the payment, which is recorded and not by the date of the final confirmation email

Dear Confirmed Campers!!

We have created a volunteer Communication Team and they have made up a private group, and all those whose registration is properly arrived will be added there, so you can communicate freely, set up sub-sub meetings get prepared for a joint participation for the International Night etc etc.

Enjoy! Cheers Andras
