Folks! Thank you for an awesome job organizing the event!

Perhaps a bit early, but forces of reality and every day Monday life compelled us to depart a bit earlier. On behalf of me and my Polish friends I'd like to thank You for the struggle, effort, energy, emotions and everything else you put into organizing the wintercamp! Lots of great memories! Thanks to one of the organizers for sticking up with me, despite the New Year's Eve party, translating English to Hungarian to some lady who just didn't seem to understand one can lose a locker number ;) I owe You, man!

Keep it up in the future and perhaps see you next year! :)

Chris

I was lucky for having the winter camp during the time Ive been living here in Budapest.
Even luckier for having the opportunity to help a bit organizing.
To be honest its a bit depressing now that its over and I have to go back to work tomorrow :) but I deeply hope that everybody enjoyed as much as I did.
Every single cser was really important for the success of the camp, so thanks everybody for making this a great event which I will never forget.

I had the best time ever at BPWC! And I totally loved Budapest. I´m definitely planning on coming back (soon?) because there is so much I still want to see/visit/experience but just didn´t have enough time to do so!

Thank you for the awesome time and I hope to see you all again sometime/where at this wonderful world!

Hi mates,

thanks for these nice replies. Now I know, it was really worth to do the whole thing :). Expect longer replies later when we are totally finished with the rest of our work with the camp (e.g transporting back the beds, etc)

have a safe travel to home & meet all of you soon

Attaching my big "THANK YOU!!" to all of you. As chris said we had to leave earlier than most of you, but this was paid with huge grief. That was my first Camp and I know that it wouldn't be last. That was sooo great experience for me, meeting so many friends, sharing world perspective.

Thanks!

I have to give a big shout-out to the organizers as well.

This was an extremely well-organized and enjoyable event. Good accommodation, nice diversity and timing of the events so that everyone could find things to suit them, helpful and informative crew - and the breakfast for 3 Euros simply rocked! :)

And all that for a very reasonable financial contribution, as I felt.

I think you can tell how much I liked everything in that I have only a rather unimportant detail to pick on: the DJ on the upper floor during the NY party was weak, imho. Had some trouble to get people to dance continuously and didn't change the style to adjust. I've heard once that a good DJ is one that gets people on the dance floor, no matter what, and we experienced some who did well in this regard at Bakelit and Dürer kert.

But a coupla hours of weak DJing in 6 days of fun won't stop me from giving this Winter Camp an A+.
