I am visiting Berlin for the ITB from the 5th To 10th March 2013. I was looking for someone who can help me in speaking with prospective clients on the 8, 9, 10th of Feb to sell my tours. Frankly speaking I haven't booked any stalls in the fair but do have my friends stall to work.
I just want a translator who can deliver my talks to German speaking clients.
I haven't thought of making payments for such services but for sure all the day expenses would be taken care.
You're asking for someone to do a job so you can connect with clients and make money, the decent thing to do is offer a compensation for that. That doesn't have anything to do with hospitality.
Lich, hope my point is clear in my reply to Hazel

A small translation of a written text for a free ITB ticket would be certainly okay. But three days of qualifying full-time work for nothing is outrageous.
"Looking for German speakíng idiot" (not friend) is the correct headline of this "offer".
