If you have a job offer, it would seem very strange to me that your company is not helping you with the working permit or providing you with the things you need to get it. If you don't have any job offered, then it's extremely unwise anyway to just go here without even enough money for rent. It can be very hard to find a job here, especially if you're from abroad and don't speak the language. Pregateste-te bine.
I don`t have a job offer, but I have to leave my home because I`m finishing my faculty this month and don`t have a job here also..... The only chance for me is to leave the country
Going to a place with a high unemployment rate and where you don't or hardly speak the language is not the smartest move, unless you're a rich kid who can do months without a job.
I know it`s not gonna be easy but I have to take my chances. Here is the same. And anyway, my friend will help me so I`m not very worried about this

anyway for me as estonian and young citizen of Tallinn is interesting to read that in Berlin, Germany the law concerning the registration of living place is so strict. In Estonia it is quite different - there is many people who are registrated in some where else but were living in Tallinn and it is okey. I myself was living in Tallinn not registrated Tallinn citizen for 7 years almost and made this shift only because citizens of Tallinn people have free transport card right now.
