"Vegetarian" cycle jersey -- anyone interested in buying together?
I am a keen cycle tourist (as well as doing a little bike and triathlon racing), and am surprised by the extent to which people think you need to eat meat to cycle (or run) in endurance events.
So i am designing a cycle jersey with "vegetarian" slogans. Unfortunately i need to buy a minimum of 10 shirts, meaning my plan will cost around NT$20,000.
Perhaps if there are other vegetarian cyclists out there we could do this together. (Or perhaps someone knows a vegetarian sponsor who can help with production costs.)
I plan the front to say "戰豆力" (a pun meaning "Bean Power", perhaps with the English too), and the back something about "Vegetarians can keep it up too" (in Chinese). The shirt will be in red, cream and green (based on photos of different beans), as retro as i can manage, with a picture of a bean plant on the side, and the words "Hybrid vigor" ("雜種優勢"?). But any suggestions of ideas/improvements are welcom.
After I (we?) buy 10 cycle shirts, all sorts of cycling, triathlon, running shorts/shirts/jackets/hats etc. are available on a one-by-one basis.
