Open position: Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager for our sunny Budapest office.
Knowledge of French
Your key responsibilities:
Organization of the office life and office environment in Budapest with more than 30 employees.
Co-ordination with our Paris office and staff on invoicing and cash collection.
On-going review and management of our purchasing, our supplier relationships and contracts.
Organization of our meetings, weekly staff events and our random trips.
Work with the senior managers of the company.
