Infrastructure Security Architect

As a lead Architect for Infrastructure Security, the candidate will architect global security infrastructure solutions consisting of a wide range of platforms, systems and applications. The candidate will require significant domain knowledge and documented experience with Intrusion Prevention/ Detection solutions for the Cloud V2. This would include working with Firewall Rules, IP(/D)S setup, ArcSight connectivity & Monitoring.

The candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all infrastructure security capabilities are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, and deployed. Along with a broad based foundation in competing and complimentary technologies, this position requires the candidate to demonstrate a proficiency and/or knowledge of advanced security concepts with the following:

· Checkpoint Firewall


· ArcSight Connectivity, Monitoring & Management

The successful candidate will be steeped in Cloud Infrastructure Security architecture and technology along with a demonstrated ability to translate business and offering requirements into technical architectures. The candidate will work on cutting-edge projects in a highly technical, dynamic, and fast-paced organization; as well as be able to discuss, recommend, and defend approaches to complex problems based on prior experience.

IT Compliance Support Specialist

Role Purpose:

· To meet Global Sourcing objectives,

· To perform support for IT Compliance, Security & Privacy,

· To provide worldwide direction and technical support services for IT Compliance, Security & Privacy services,

· To gain IT Security intelligence from a variety of external authoritative sources and disseminating that information relative to the Unisys environment

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

In this position you will participate in a small team with colleagues in Budapest, Bangalore and Shanghai, providing 2nd line support to an international end user community, assisting users to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems in the area of workstation security and compliancy.

Using your strong troubleshooting and diplomatic communication skills, you guide the user through the necessary steps to correct these issues.

In addition to responding to users requests for support, based on reports from several monitoring tools, you will contact users to pro-actively correct issues related to security and compliancy.

To be able to do this, Windows holds no secrets for you, you understand the concepts of workstation hardening, SCCM Client and related Windows services, virus protection and cleaning, and workstation firewalls and networking. You have a basic understanding of identity and access management.

The support you provide is "remote", meaning that communication will by phone or E-mail, while in some cases you may need to take remote control over the user’s computer.

Key Qualifications:

Expert at end user security (including virus control), IDS (intruder detection), network inventory (reporting and planning), user authentication, Global IT Legal concepts (optional)
The minimum of 2 years experience of in-depth IT Security preferably in a supporting role.
· In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and the security surrounding them.

· One or more industry certifications (A+, MCP, MCSE, MCITP, etc.)

· Previous Service desk and/or Desk-side support experience is an advantage.

· Proactive and conscientious, and strong ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.

· Aptitude for learning and adhering to existing standardized policies, processes, and procedures

Advantage: BS Computer Science or BS IT Security or Forensic Science.
