Dear Invadors!

suggest you get organising your team for the international night at the Hangar room of the CAMP.

Bring some food specialities and show a bit of your traditions to the others.. bring some CD s of typical music etc etc.
Have fun cheers Andras

Let's see what do we have, what can we bring?
* Manner Schnitten
* Stroh80
* Mozartkugeln
* Ottakringer
* RedBull / RedBull Cola (Yes it is Austrian!)
* Sachertorte
* Apfelstrudel
* Marillenschnaps
* Wachauer Wines

Any more ideas?

great idea,

for music, we can bring some classical stuff and also new ones.

at the last similar presentation like this, someone took my austrian-flag, so would be nice to have one, even small. :)

for food&drinks,
good proposals already,
just to add perhaps
-Speck/Käse
-Stiegl :)
-Radler

nice greets

Cheese is boring (well except some Vorarlberger Chesse) ... but I would definitly invest around 10 - 15 € into Speck & co if you find some real good one :)

I'm going home for christmas, so I'll bring some "Vorarlberger cheese". Will have to vacuumize it, otherwise there will be some "smellcorpse" in the bus to Budapest.

Hi!

We can set up a Google Doc and share it, that's pretty is easy and fast to do.

In the liste of the registerd users, we can see, who from Austria payed already.

If you want I can set up that list, or you can do it as well and simply post the link!

as mentioned I will get a 1l Stroh80 Rum :)

see you soon,
dominik

Ich würde auch Mozartkugeln und Stiegl-Bier mitnehmen.

Hat wer eine Österreich-Fahne zum dekorieren?

Advocaat /Advokat

Eierlikör also known as "Advocaat".

Posted December 27th, 2009 - 9:21 pm by from Vienna, Austria (Permalink)
For the not german speaking people :-D

The original advocaat was a liquor made by the Dutch population of Suriname and Recife (Brazil) with avocados. Upon returning to the Netherlands, where avocados were not available, a similar texture was achieved with thickened egg yolk. Rompope of Puebla, Mexico, is a very similar liquor based on egg yolk and vanilla. The German equivalent is Eierlikör.
