Madrid vs Barcelona vs Sevilla

How do you compare Madrid to Barcelona and Sevilla as a touristic city? How many days would you stay at each of these and why? Which of these would you not skip if you had to choose just two, and why? Which of these three would you return again surely?

A town is a world if you love one of its inhabitants.
I don't love too much big towns, but amongst that choice you ask for, I'd preffer Barcelona (50%), Madrid (30%), Sevilla (20%)

And for what reasons?
In which categories one city comes up against another?

I'd imagine a walk on Barcelona's Rambla would be something unparalleled as a cultural experience. But wouldn't 'tapas' bars of Madrid equally attract travelers and tourists?

And what in Valencia would be of such an unparalleled experience?

Isn't Madrid known for 'tapas' more? Which of these have better bars?
And for food, which one would you recommend? I heard paella comes from Valencia origially. Doesn't it have great gastronomy? Or do Madrid and Barcelona score over it?
