Canadian Family living in Casablanca visiting Italy this summer
Posted April 2nd, 2013 - 9:11 pm by from Toronto, Canada (Permalink)
We are a Canadian family currently living in Casablanca. I am an artist, my husband is photographer and teacher (Literature and History). We have a fun 12 year old daughter. We are very excited because we are visiting Italy this summer arriving in Milan around the 18th or 19th of July or earlier and then we want to go to Pietrasanta and Florence until the 27th.

Are any CS families available?

Dear Emanuele, Raine and children;

I just came across you letter to us by accident. I do not know why I didn't see it before.

Thank-you so much for your kind invitation. I am not sure we will be over in your area on this trip but if things change we will let you know. How kind of you to write us and I will be very disappointed if we don't see you. We are very excited to explore Italy and it would be lovely to socialize with Italian families.

We'll keep in touch.

Yours sincerely,

Susan, Robert and Paige

Hi !

I'm not quite sure (I hope not, actually... Milan can be stifling hot in summer...) we'll be in Milan in the middle of July... but if we are you can stay at ours...

or you could make a big detour and come and stay with us in our house in Perinaldo, a small medieval town on the border with France, near the sea...

if you are interested ... let us know...

HI Manuela;

We are getting closer to making decisions about our Italy. We are still considering your generous offer if it is still available. But we are wondering about how to get to Perinaldo if we came as it sounds like you might not be in Milan. We were planning to fly EasyJet Madrid to Milan around the 18th or 19th of July. If we came to Perinaldo what are the airports? Would we need a car after that. Then we would have to get to Florence. Any information would help us - cars, trains, buses.

Yours sincerely,

Susan, Robert and Paige
