The menu will be:
Malai Tikka Kebab:
The Malai Tikka is little different from the usual orange hued Chicken Tikka. It also sets this recipe apart from the other Indian tandoori chicken recipes which usually uses yogurt or cream. Malai Tikka Kebab are irresistible tender succulent and fragrant pieces of chicken that melts in your mouth as they are marinated in thick yogurt, cream/malai, saffron, herbs & spices and grilled to perfection.
Bihar is a state in northern India. Its population is mainly Hindu, and therefore the cuisine is traditionally vegetarian. So it's ironic that one of the most popular dishes in neighboring Pakistan is a grilled beef dish called bihari kebab. The provenance of bihari kebab is disputed, but it likely originated among the non-vegetarian population of Bihar, and sometime later became popular as a fast food/street food in Pakistan.
The recipe for bihari kebab varies, but the basic ingredients are thin slices of tenderized beef, yogurt, papaya paste, and spices such as garam masala, cumin and chili powder. The spices, yogurt and papaya are combined into a marinade, and then the meat is threaded onto a skewer and marinated for several hours. The kebab is then cooked over a charcoal grill.
(silk kebab) recipe of Reshmi kebab, made with minced chicken, poppy seeds, coconut, almonds, green coriander, chillies, herbs and spices and grilled to perfection.
Mushrooms and Vegetables Tikka:
Mushrooms, Peppers, Spring onions and other seasonal vegetables marinated in Lemon juice, herbs and spices grilled on charcoal.
There will be different sauces, bread and salad on sides. Cost will be divide between us and should be around 5 Euro each. Bring your own drinks and some desserts to share with others.
