Ryanair Luggage Advice
Posted July 14th, 2012 - 4:21 pm by from Xindian, Taiwan (Permalink)
Hi Couchsurfing Ryanair Lovers

I'm currently planning on a trip where I'll take Ryanair from Frankfurt Hahn to Faro. I'll then catch a flight the next day from Faro to Porto (norther portugal), work my way down back to Faro before I catch the flight back to Germany.

The trip will take about 2 weeks.

I was just wondering if any of you can give me some advise either I should book a checked in luggage or not.

The checked in luggage is about 30 EURO and I have to fly 3 times, that means 90... that's quite a lot.

Is it possible to book a ticket, and then later on, before I travel, book the checked in luggage? I'm worried that the prices for my flight will go up while I'm being indecisive.

Thank you.

Tai

Hi,

You can book you luggage before you register and print you boarding pass, after you can take a luggage at the airport but is more than 30€, if i remember 50€.

Do you know https://www.rufusroo.com, the big pocket travel is a great idea!!!!!

Have a good trip

Hey Stephanie,

That looks like a really cool idea.

Have you used it yourself before? If you really put so many things in there, like laptop, shoes or othe heavy things... wouldn't the custom at those Ryanair airports tell you that's not okay?

If you have some personal experience, can you please share with me what you usually carry?

Thank you for this great idea.

Ryanair does not include free cabin bagaage?
