Huihang Trail.. need hELp with advice , and possibly good companions
Hello fellow travelers!
We'are planning a overnight hike get-away coming Friday-Saturday (19 ~ 20th)?
There is one extremely beautiful and less-discovered trail between Anhui and Zhejiang.
Quote : "The Huihang Trail is an old trade route which, for centuries, carried Huizhou traders from the interior to rich eastern cities like Hangzhou and Yangzhou. Even today you’ll find that most of its 20km() are paved with stones, making the hiking much easier. That’s good because with a peak elevation of 1,500m, the Huihang Trail is a real challenge."

Since we're set on avoiding guided tours, more over .. up in a mountains I'd like to just stop and smell flowers on a whim.. not on a schedule
So, there are two of us, and we would be happy to have 4 more people to join us. If there is someone who can speak good Chinese in our group, that would be awesome!
Any of your advice would be greatly appreciated!! Where to stay overnight( at Xiaxuetang?), what to see/ eat, how to get to the trail~~
Looking forward to hear from you
