she's a US citizen. right, an affidavit of support perhaps. hope the Consul takes time to look at it

It sounds like they want to make sure you have reasons to go back to the Philippines when your visit ends job/home/husband. They probably have a lot of people coming from the Philippines and not returning home.

Ask your sister to get hold of an Immigration lawyer, they would charge but helpful at times!

I meant all three, not just one.

The visa selection process for the Philippines is thought to be arbitrary (unless you have any criminal record), if you don't want to get an immigration lawyer then I suggest you just re-apply.
