Looking for space to exist.

Hello. I have been roaming the country and living in a small fiberglass "egg" trailer for the past 8 months with my 3-legged dog Ned. I am looking to rent/trade for space to park/live in it for a while, somewhere in the Denver/Boulder area.

My trailer has an approx 8x17 ft footprint, and I can live in it without any sort of hookups, if necessary, although an electrical hookup is a definite advantage right now. I do not make any noise, except occasional running of a quiet Honda generator if there is no electricity. Ned is extremely friendly and quiet, and goes everywhere with me, for the most part (i.e., I do not leave him outside by himself to get bored and start barking).

I am looking for either of two possible situations: temporary & long term.

Temporary: just about anywhere the trailer will fit will do. This will give me a couple of months to figure out where to go next without having to leapfrog between Walmart parking lots while in or near the city. Rent must be substantially cheaper than a studio or 1br, to make it worth my while. Commercial property would be ok too, where I could also serve as added nighttime security.

Long Term: To keep living in my trailer long term, I need either some sort of barn or big garage to park it in, or enough land space to put up a temporary structure to contain it - probably a quanset-hut style greenhouse. My trailer is very well-built, but the exterior shell is simply too thin for the worst of the summer and winter without a structure to block sun in the hottest weather and block wind/contain heat loss in the winter. I could do this on raw land if the rent was cheap enough to justify buying the structure and the remaining solar equipment I need to go sustainably off-grid.

So, if anyone has any leads not to be found on Craigslist, please let me know. I am a steel sculptor and former landlord with loads of tools, so I can trade work or welding/construction lessons for part of my rent if that appeals to anyone.
