it s written that "WE" organize parties???
God sake... İ havent heard that you organized a cooking event for agezz..

One more.. İts better no to say "WE" cause i have attended maybe more than 15 cooking parties after 2011 october which none of the moderators has joined..İf you want to be a member of "COOKSURF FAMILY" you should do something for the fellowship..

Cheers
Umut

Don't need civilization lesson man.. İf it is important , do something more civil and try to send me a PM as you advised me..

All i wanted to say that if u are a member of a cooking group as "OURS" you need to share. We all share recipes, dishes and drink.. Even we could not join party we send our dishes to the party owner-organizer. So its all about sharing .. i read the converisation between 20 cook surfers linked below..

http://www.couchsurfing.org/group_read.html?gid=30970&post=10191735

The home owner complains about the spongers.. For that reason the cook surf parties are getting more private- closed to the public which is contrary to couch surfing spirit.

Now we have a wonderful fellowship but we need more surfers(not spongers) to share recipes and to taste eccentric dishes.. i hope we ll make the group bigger and more open to public in the next future..

İ love to COOK, i love to SHARE and i love the emotion behind the cook-couchsurfing.. That is the reason of my aggressive attitude man..

i won't reply-write more..

Come on Josh, is that gossiping??? Cant we talk about the group? If smth is wrong, if the moderator didnt join or cook or didnt bring anything..This is definetly normal.

Did you cook or bring your own drink Josh?I was remembering our discussion about this and you told me " I want to taste local foods, i dont have enough money to eat in the restaurant so i organized cooking group, and i can teel people my travel stories"

http://www.couchsurfing.org/group_read.html?gid=30970&post=10191735

Just remember this discussions about it..We had many cooking parties after that..And friends (who really cook and share) cooked and shared lots of things..

In the firs meeting, you and your friends came (about 10 people) and didnt cook and didnt bring anything..This is unacceptable and rude..This was not cook-surfing..This was using the people..I wanted to taste your foods also..But as i mentioned you are really good at with playing the words..

I dont need someone to do the dishes,It is of course nice to help, but i want you to cook and bring..that was the main topic about the group..

I know Umut through cooking parties and he is may be one of the good cook surfer..He is cooking and bringing before the party even he couldnt join the cooking party..And i agree with him of course while he was complainig about you that he didnt see any cooking parties as a moderator..

So we all just wanna say that your plan didnt work..If you make cooking group you should do smt..You are moderator..You have to cook first and share with the people if you are interested about cooking..

I organized may be more than 6 cooking parites in my place in 9 months..How many did you organize?

As a moderator, you should organize a cooking party in your place, than you can see real local foods with really nice local people who really likes sharing and serving turkish foods

And this is not very nice way to blame people for gossipping or grudge..this is the real childish thing i think !!!
