heya cs. i am wanting to head to africa to travel around for a year or so. this time i would like to try to catch a boat there. anyone have any advice on that? right now am thinking, eventually will do kenya to south africa. i loved all the travelers i met on my last trip and would love to meet more. so anyone interested in meeting up at any point, you are welcome. but, i am very 'go with the flow'. and anyone w any advice through any of those countries in general, i would appreciate. i think i will be leaving in late may or june. cheers, hd

I've done a bit of boat travel and in my experience there is a lot more boat traffic from East to West. West to East boats are having to go against the trade winds and currents. You never know though. Best of luck!
