une petite spécialité culinaire?

Bonjour,

Petit sujet de discussion afin de savoir si lorsque vous voyagez ou quand vous avez des invités de couchsurfign chez vous, vous leur préparez un petit plat typique de votre ville ou de votre pays?

Personnellement à Marseille la spécialité culinaire est la bouillabaisse mais c'est trop long à préparer et cela coute assez cher !!
je peux vous donner la recette ici si vous voulez :))

Le plat que je prépare à chaque fois est celui que Micha à déjas déguster. C'est un pain de viande avec des griotte et des vrai frites belges. Ici on appele sa ' fricandon met krieken' Mes pêches au thon sont aussi très bien appréciées. Et comme dessert de la 'Vlaai' gateau a basse de speculoos, pain d'épice, cassonade et lait.
