hey guys! I'm looking to move to a bigger apartment because I need more work room. I'm a designer for a clothing company and also work in the design/ architecture industry.
My current apartment is an awesome penthouse just across the grand ave subway in queens but sadly it doesnt have a kitchen and living room so I have to give it up. My life requires dinner and wine with friends and ever since i moved here, It just hasnt been happening.
I need a roomate/s who is looking to rent an apartment with me. we'll just split the rent, bills etc.
I'm looking to move this august so we'll have enough time to look around for the best units around queens.
If you love arts, music, good food, wine and of course traveling, Message me. I will write back as soon as I can.
Have a good one!
how are you?
i was wondering which area in Queens your current flat is.
info will be very much appreciated. i need a bigspace for my furniture studio (my pieces are flat pieces that only need few screws or none at all) its for model and catalog photo shoot area that i really need it for.
your interests are strongly inclined with my own but i just cant put saw dust in your clothes/work. hehehe
thank you!! and GOOD LUCK!!
I'm not interested in sharing, but I am interested in hearing more about your awesome penthouse. I'm an interpreter/translator, and I often have to travel. I don't need either a kitchen or a living room. All I need is a place to crash at night. How much is the rent?
Please use the sublets/apartments/rents section. Thanks
I was wondering if you are still looking for a roomate? I am moving to NYC in March and am still finding for a room.
How are you doing ??
`m an Architect, just got down to NY.
I am looking for some part time job.. but my preference is in designing field since you post say you work in Architecture designing field, if you come across any part time just let me know.
You efforts would be appreciated .
