Need a room for 2 months in Paris (March and April)
Posted February 22nd, 2013 - 1:14 pm by from Cincinnati, United States (Permalink)
Hi everyone,

I thought I had set up housing a few months ago, but that recently fell through. My name is Jonathan, and I am a student from the USA- I study industrial design and for the past semester I have been studying in Germany. I'm going to be living in Paris from March until April for an internship, and need a place to live, preferably with a flatmate or two. I don't speak any French, so I hope that is ok. If you have any space or know of anyone who does, please send me a message!

Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions or anything!

Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,

I have a small and cosy studio in the center of Paris (9th district) beginning in March (75009)

This truly French studio is located on the popular rue Lafayette. It is facing a small inner yard and has a nice view to the Parisian rooftops. The studio is on the 6th floor, without an elevator.

The recently renovated studio is fully furnished with a sofa-bed for two persons, large wardrobe, a desk and a foldable kitchen table as well as a lot of different shelves. It has a separate bathroom with a washing machine.

Moreover, you will find everything you need in the studio: dishes, towels, bed-linen, pillows, etc.

RENT 900 euros/ MONTH

Utilities and wireless internet connection are included in the rental price.

The studio has a great location in the 9th district; it is one of the best in Paris! Le Peletier, Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and Richelieu Drouot metro stations (lines 7, 8, 9, 12) as well as different bus stops are just a couple of minutes away. It is just five minutes away from the famous Rue de Martyrs. It is also within a walking distance from Monmartre, Opera, Galleries Lafayette as well as other well-known places in Paris. Many trendy restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and shopping are just right outside your doorstep!

Message me if you are interested and I can send you pictures. And don't worry, I am american too and barely speak French :)

Thanks,
Megan
