I'm looking for a room or studio space to live & work in - Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Neukölln

Hallo fellow couch-surfers and couch-hosts : )

I've fallen in love with Berlin, specifically the Kreuzberg/Neukölln/Friedrichshain areas, and I'd love to find a place to live - for at least 5 months, but maybe a lot longer (12 months+?).

about me: I was born in Sydney, Australia but have lived in Melbourne most recently (the other main city of Australia). I'm 23 years old, but mature for my age - I'm also tidy.

I'm an honest and considerate housemate - I can get references from my most recent housemates in Melbourne, if you'd like. Since the age of 19, I have lived in share houses / communal houses.

I'm looking to move in soon - currently I'm staying with friends in Moabit... If I find the right space, I could move in almost immediately (I have the money, and not a lot of belongings).

My needs are pretty simple:

rent not more than €300/month
some sunlight would be nice
friendly housemates

and a bed and a desk would make things easier (if not, I'm sure I can find my own).

In terms of occupation, I'm here to study sound and work on sound-design (for films and also for electronic music). Despite this, I'm not a noisy housemate.

If anyone knows of a space, please let me know.

I can be reached via phone, on:
