So we are less than a week short for the festival and I wanted to ask you for a few recommendations for the festival such as what to bring, prices, security tips, etc.

Definitely pack for hot, dry weather. The temperature can reach 100F+ and there is virtually no shade in the polo grounds. Sunscreen for sure. Prices range anywhere from $3 for a breakfast burrito up to under $10 for a full meal. There is also a farmers market full of local fruits and vegetables. Beer is usually $8 a glass inside festival.

Yes it gets very cold at night or it least it feels much colder because you've been in the hot sun all day! I brought a packable sweater and leggings into the fest with me because once the sun goes down it's freezing!!!

Also I didn't bring my sleeping bag last year and it was too cold not to have it so bring one!

And as others have said SUNBLOCK is a must!!!! :-)

It's nice to bring water too just because it's cumbersome getting water at the fest... and it's nice to have at the campsite! I didn't shop last year at the market but I do believe I recall them running out of stuff....
