Dear cooks and fine palets.

The time to create this 1st meeting arrived isn t it?

I can propose you my place as my roomates are cool with cooking, and always fancy to share dishes..We live in Gloria

So let s just talk about a date, it could be theses days actually.

Wahts about the menu¿¿ Some of you have some specials dishes they want to try? what kind of budget are you keen to spend on this lunch/dinner?

have a good day

Hi Jean

Great idea !

I think we could do some fresh food like salad and frish because it's summer !!!
For me dinner is better, but it's also ok about lunch.

I'm looking foward to cook with all you.

fab idea linney! fresh salads so everyone can attend. i have some sauce ideas. we can talk so every dish matches. im really interested in a recipe that you grate parmesan to make a basket... ive ate this once and was delirious (well, kinda fatty for summer, maybe in other edition).

tomato sauces are ideal for the warmth and herbs, lots of herbs! cucumber.. mmm im mouthwatering already!

ive just picked all my basil from the balcony for a pesto, it will take a month to grow all again but i also have parsley, rosemary...

Hello People,

If we want to make a first one in 2010, we have to do it today or tomorrow, cause I fly to buenos aires on tuesday 21st till 5th of jan.
Tonight some people gonna come at home for diner anyway because two friends are leaving tomorow and want to make a leaving due. so a few more without prb. I have a wonderfull "lapin en gibellotte" ready for reheat...hmmmm Tomorrow, as you prefer.

About comunicating that on the calendar..well, cooking always attracks a lor of people, the ones that fancy to eat ( and leave without paying anything, and less cleaning anything)..Wouldn't they find us if they would have a true interest in cooking, food, cooksurfing?to be discussed.
