salad, fish or chicken, fruit dessert... what about the dressing, spices... im open to the unknown (ex.: african dishes) or improve what i know (ex.: moqueca capixaba).

I tasted one time a past from Angola made with mashed shrimp, somthing as a blue fish - maybe enchovies, a lot of spice, and dende oil. I could cook with it if somebody know an Angolan shop..I would make a great carpaccio of fish.

who take in charge a salad?who want to assist the one in charge..as some of us want to learn too.
...................a desert?
Wines, mineral water, drinks..

Hey, Jean,

It sounds good. I am one of those criminals who don't like anything from the sea but fish, but it make me suffer. So, I feel like I'm obligated to support the event, even because the atmosphere created should be the best. What about setting the details? Paulette, are you ready to open your doors? What is the best day for everybody?

We and Fabien (my friend at my home and at this group) are planning to prepare something too, but, Jean, you are the one to open the year.
