Hi Tony,

I have a large furnished room for rent. See photos on my profile page. Share kitchen and bath. I live upstairs. The downstairs room is for rent $3200 includes utilities.

There is a wardrobe, queen and twin bed in there now. I have access to all sorts of furniture and can modify things to meet your need. I am getting a bunch of stuff this weekend as some wealthy people I know are leaving HK and have not been able to sell all their furniture.

The room is available May 1st.

The apartment is in a very unique location for HK island. Near the HK University and Chi Fu bus terminal. You can take a bus to Sheng Wan for less than $5.

Fresh air, quiet, birds singing outside and hiking trails behind the house. Walk to the peak in less than an hour.

Come see the place. Read my references and you will see comments on the location. People like the location. I would not want to live anywhere else in HK island. I like fresh air and Stanley is just too far. So...Pok Fu Lam village is the place!

Call me at 6472-1253

Hi Tony,

I'm renting out my flat over summer from June 1 to 31 August, it's 380 sq ft, and the rent is 9800 HKD including electricity and internet. Fully furnished, with two rooms(a single room with a folded bed, a double room with a bunk bed), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. All of them are air conditioned, and there are built in closets in the double room and living room.

It is located right next to the Sai Ying Pun post office on the Hong Kong island, on the intersection of 2nd St and Pok Fu Lam Rd. just 20 minutes walk to SOHO and Central, and 5 minutes to The University of Hong Kong.

My email is esgalfalathwen@hotmail.com
I'm a student at HKU and I will be away for summer, please contact me for more details/photos about the flat via email! (I don't come on couch surfing often enough I'm afraid I will miss your reply!)

Contact me if you're interested or if you found someone to share it with!
