Is 20,000HKD/month enough for an expat in HK?

I'm hoping to move to Hong Kong and have been offered 20,000HKD a month for a graduate programme. Is this enough for an expat to cover rent, transportation, food, etc?

Cheers.

Hello,
in my experience I can say that 20000HKD is enough...the point is the u should be able to find a cheap place to stay (sharing, simple room). then It's done, transp and food is ok!...I'll work in HK from May 2 with the same salary...
by the way, if it is not enough we can go living under the bridge ...

ciao!
