Hi Sarah,

I just saw this post and I don't know how I can contribute to your ideas.

Let me know,
Wendell :)

Thank you Wendell,

Well, you hike here, did anything surprise you when you started, for example?

Also, I love your photo! Super impressed you hiked Golden Ears, I have not yet, It's so long, I think my legs would fall off ha ha!

Generally, I think there are excellent resources for finding hikes near Vancouver.

I usually use Vancouver Trails to get details on hikes and to plan out the day: http://www.vancouvertrails.com/

I wrote an article in June on my favourite hikes that you might find useful in your research:

I'd love to see what you can add with your article because there are still so many amazing camping spots, hot springs and epic mountain summit views that most people are unaware of.

Hi Kyle,

I've actually bumped into your 'top 10' list before on the internet. Nice work!

Good to know that you find it easy to find good hiking resources online. I concur, using Clubtread a lot, as well as livetrails, trailpeak and private blogs. I sometimes wonder if visitors feel overwhelmed by all the choices and not knowing what trails are the best, especially if you only have short time here. I feel like your list really captured some highlights!
