I have a room for rent!

Hello Land of homeless new yorkers!

This one is LADIES ONLY. I have to leave my apartment for a few months to tour I'm subletting my room on the upper-west side/harlem. It's really for someone with out any furniature/dishes. Perfect for someone trying to get their bearings in the city for the first time or just returning with almost no belongings. (Basically it would be ASAP and I would pro-rate for this month) The amount of time is totally flexible. If you need one month or a few months....it's completely flexible.

It's $800 and this is what you get.
-The utilities and hi-speed internet are included so don't worry about any of that.
-Fully furnished. You get a queen sized bed, a closet, a shelf, air conditioning unit (in your room and in the living room), plus cool led blue lights in your room (if you wish to keep them up).
-Fully stocked kitchen (I mean that). You need not bring any dishes/cups/silverware/pots. We have it all. Plus every appliance you could need and then some. Seriously, we have a vitamin, dehydrator, mixer, juicer, the whole lot. . .
-We are literally one block from Central Park North. A half block from the 2/3 Express trains and 2 blocks from the C/B local trains. It takes 10 minutes to get to midtown. Also the pool in Central park is on our block and will be open by the time I take off and you move in! Which my roommates will frequent with you.
-Our apartment is super cozy (no, that doesn't mean small. . .it's actually huge). I mean it's a home and we like to keep it as peaceful of a living space as possible.
-3 Amazing female roommates.
-1 is a super sweet model/nursing student who also happens to work at Magnolia Cupcakes. She'll welcome you with open arms and take care amazing care of you when you're sick.
-One is a dancer/dance teacher. Avid dumpster diving. Lover of all things awesome/dance related. She'll take you to African dance classes and blues dancing with her. She'll teach you how to make your own everything (clothes, pickles, kombucha, granola bars, ect. She's kind of a jack of all trades. Also- if you're a biker. . ..you'll have a biking friend to bike with everywhere.
-The other roommate is my favorite person to attend a late night yoga class with. She's crazy smart, driven, and mellow. She'll teach you how to think before you speak with out ever actually telling or suggesting that you do either. She just is kind of inspiring and amazing as a person/friend.

Basically- I love my roommates (clearly) and I don't want to give up my space in this apartment permanently. I just want to see a really great girl take my place while I'm away and enjoy the city to it's full potential.

YOU:
-Must get along with my roommates. You'll be meeting them/us before you move in
-Love to dance. (we're always dancing in this apartment)
-Be ok with nudity. (hey, it's summer and we're all girls. We do what we want and we're not judging anyone).
-Clean up after yourself (we're not your mama)
-No drama. (we're a really drama free bunch. Our home is a safe place. We respect each other and I expect anyone who takes my place to be nice and respectful to my best friends/roommates and the apartment)

This place is magic. We're looking for a really really really cool girl to fill in here.

Also, this apartment is 2 bedrooms. The other girls share a room. I live on the other end of the apartment with my own room (I know . . .I know. . .I'm a brat). So I'm renting out my own private room. You'll be sharing a bathroom (which I was afraid of doing with 3 other roommates but I've actually never ever ran into a problem with that.)

Anyway- Message me, tell me a bit about yourself and I'll shoot you back a time you can come meet me and the girls.

Hi Sammy,
The description of your apartment–and your flatmates- sounds amazing!
I'm moving in NY in January and I'd love to live in a place like this. I'll stay there for my Spring semester at Eugene lang college. I love music and playing piano. I also like biking and doing yoga. :)

...The only thing is that I won't be in New York before January (I live in Rome), so we kinda have to trust each other :) I know you'd prefer people you can directly meet, but in case you don't find anybody, just send an email to this address: lux1993@hotmail.it

Thanks ;)
