Hey...

Just found this group. I wanted to start Yoga some time ago, but didn`t have the chance to..so this sounds really good.
As I missed the first class last week (hope it was good :), I just wanted to ask if there will be another one sometime?

Would be great to attend if there is a next time.
Thanks!

thank you all for your enthousiastic interest!
I am very happy that so many lovely people are inspired to start a practice.
I am currently travelling, doing some yoga and meditation workshops in the netherlands and germany. I will be back in Vienna mid april and want to set up a regular class on a weekly basis. As it is very important to me that all of you can attend, it would maybe be a good idea if everyone posted the days and times of the week that are possible for you. So i can try to make the class at a timeslot that works for all!

many blessings to you all

I'm really looking forward to see you guys soon

hello Maria!
A yoga class on a weekly basis sound really great!
You must be also a great person for doing this.

So like you asked, the days that it might work for me is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (and weekends) after 5.

I have 2 questions though...
1) I have some kind of problem in my knee, it's kind of vonurable because of an old accident do you think that i will be able to actually practice yoga? I have the willing though!!
2) Where can i find to buy a yoga mattress?

So thank you again!
Enjoy your time in your trip, and hope to hear from you soon!

Best regards

Mary

Hi Mary,

Thanks for your post!
I will be teaching 2 classes next week.

montag 18.4.2011 17:30-19:00
donnerstag 21.4.2011 18:00-19:30

the address is same as last time:
Wuk Werkstätten- und Kulturhaus
Währinger Straße 59
Stiege 5/ stock 1
A-1090 Wien

as for your questions:
1) Yoga is suitable for everybody. I believe it is very important to adapt the yoga practice to the student's needs. It can even be used to heal old injuries. When you come to class please remind me of your knee issue and i will give you modifications for poses.

2)there is a yoga shop near mariahilfertraße that sells a great variety of yoga mats, props, clothes etc
here is the link:
www.shanti-yogastore.com
sometimes even hofer sells very inexpensive mats. i
but if you look for quality and selection i recomend shanti shop.

I hope to see you on Thursday in class! (or Monday or both :) )
have a great week
