Spanish-Cantonese-Mandarin Exchange Group?
Posted February 1st, 2013 - 5:47 am by from New Territories West, China (Permalink)

A couple of months ago I wrote a post about Spanish-Mandarin exchange, and I am quite happy to see that many people are interested...

So... how about we all meet, find some other Spanish speakers and try to start a regular meetup for Spanish-Cantonese-Mandarin?

We could start after CNY...

Tuesday, February, 19th.
8:00 pm
Pacific Coffee in Kowloon Tong.

We can meet there for the first time and then decide the best time and venue of all of us.

Hey Isabel,

I'd love to come out. Spanish isn't my first language, but I spent about three years living in/going to university in a Spanish country and can speak pretty well. I'm moving to HK on Friday and coming out would be a good way to meet a few people.

That a good idea !

Sounds great!

I want to join but I don't know if I'll be in time for the meetup since I'll probably arrive at HK the 25 or 26, but please post whichever decision you guys make on the location and schedule, so I can catch up with you later.

Who can come on Tuesday?

If most of us can not, lets find another day.

Besides, for the ones who would not be able to come... any preference on where and when to meet? So that we can count with you when deciding.

Hasta pronto!

What a pity that I need to attend class during that time.
Anyone is available in late evening on every Friday? I finish my classes after 5.30 on Friday and welcome anyone to exchange language with me~
Plus, thanks Isabel for hosting this event~^_^

¡Hola chicos!

Hi guys!
I am a 100% Spanish girl from Andalusia returning home after a few months traveling (my home in Asia is now Hong Kong!) but only for a few days, until 5th of March. I need a couch to crash for a while (I might go to Shenzhen for 5 days) Any volunteer? I am very independent and know very well HK life. I just need a place to stay and internet to keep working in my blog www.noelimits.com

I hope you can help me! if there is a meeting this weekend/next week I am there for sure!

Thank you so much for organizing the event. I might not make it today as there are after-work meetings to work on. Sorry about that.

Is there another language meeting in the same place as 19th of FeB?

Posted March 28th, 2013 - 8:10 am by from Hong Kong Island, China (Permalink)
Hey guys!

So I was at the exchange group one month ago and I think we should keep it going! Anyone know if there is a regular meeting for that? Or there is a subgroup for this?
