Hi Montreal!

I arrived here two days ago, and I will stay for about seven weeks. I have a pay-as-you-go phone from the U.S., but it doesn't work here. I would like very much to call my friends and family!

Do you have an extra cell phone? Is it pay-as-you-go?
or
Do you know the best and cheapest way to get a phone?

Bonjour Montreal!

James

I have a Tracfone. Just looked up some posts online about unlocking it, and it looks like it's a good possibility. Would you have any suggestions on which sim card would be the best?

I have Skype, but at the moment I've got to get my mic working again. But, I'll still need a phone for keeping contact with people here in town while I'm out and about.

Thanks Jim!
