Hi, great tango lovers! Would you like to translate a book about it?

Hi, tangueros!

I am looking volunteering translators (people who are interested in translating for fun) to my team to translate super interesting book ¨Psycotango¨from Castellano into English.
Obviously, it doesn't hurt if You are interested also in psychology and dance therapy besides tango.

We are just at the beginning of this project and now there are 4 girls working on it: Estonian, Swedish, Polish and Argentinian.
So, obviously, at this phase of the project our goal is not to be perfect neither have one and only style of translating it.

The most important is to get done the first draft as fast as possible to have this awesome information available for the whole world.
The writers of the book are already creating a virtual school to teach the method and the theory.
I believe it will be a BIG tango ¨thing¨ in the future.

On a personal level You can become a master on this topic, practice and improve Your translation and language skills and be part of this cool teamwork.

If You are not interested of translating a book, but You are interested of the topic, You are more than welcome to participate free workshops of PsychoTango every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm at Cetba (universidad del tango), Agrelo 3231.

And just for tango lovers:

check out all the free workshops (talleres) of CETBA at

http://cetba-uni.blogspot.com.ar/

You can join those every time you like.

Hope to hear from You soon!!
and Happy Mother`s Day!

Hi Nele

Thanks for sharing this! This looks really interesting. I'm also helping some friends in Lithuania to translate some articles about the code of the milonga into English, written by Manual González, mainly cause he sometimes uses very porteño words... :)

And we gonna have our orientation meeting already tomorrow night!

So, if you are interested, join our cool team (we are more or less all tango dancers as well) and you`ll have the info over the meeting details.

So cool that there`s gonna be some more books translated into English!

Cheers!!
