Greetings CouchSurfers Everywhere!

We are a group of researchers and devoted CSers who had the pleasure to meet open-minded and curious people who are always ready to share their CS experiences through CS' wonderful site!
As researchers, we are highly intrigued with the CS community, the types of relationships that are built through and in the community, and the people that one meets through CS. Therefore we've decided to research it!

It will be greatly appreciated if you share your CS-experiences with us through a short online survey (around 10 minutes). The survey is designed to help us all reach a better understanding of the CS community and its innovative ways to connect people! Many european group members helped us already and our survey is alive in asian, south- and north american and in australian groups right now.

The survey’s questionnaire can be accessed by clicking on the following link [http://www.esurveyspro.com/Survey.aspx?id=0ebfd207-b239-471b-8a0f-9309c95daee9] or at the bottom of this page. Your answers will be strictly confidential and will be used for research purposes only. The survey’s questionnaire is split in two main sections; the first half is related to your CS experience, the second half focuses on cultural aspects.

Please forward this invitation to all of your CS-friends and contacts that might be interested in participating in our study!

This research is conducted ONLY FOR ACADEMIC AND NON-PROFIT PURPOSES and has been approved by Georgia State University Institutional Review Board. The anonymity of individual respondents will be strictly maintained as stated in the informed consent you will find online (first page of the questionnaire). If you need further information about this survey, please contact me directly or the research group at [investigatingsocialnetwork@gmail.com].

Thank you for your cooperation! ☺
