Estoy tratando de encontrar como substituir las lentejas, arroz o quenoa (como nuestra "carne") porque tiene muchos hidratos de carbono y no encuentro que otros vegetales o granos tienen hierro por ejemplo (algo que tiene la carne) pero sin tantos hidratos de carbono, que me engordan mucho.
Tenes alguna idea?

Para el aporte de Hierro lo mejor es la Spirulina, es un alga, con mucho hierro, minerales y proteinas sobre todo, que no aporta cantidades significativas de calorías. La podés conseguir en polvo, pastillas o cápsulas y lo mejor es tomarla con jugo de naranja o algún otro cítrico, ya que así se asimila más el Hierro.

Hola Lu, en polvo es mejor en el sentido de que no está procesado, pero las pastillas son más prácticas. Se recomiendan mínimo dos por día, yo creo que eso se va manejando de acuerdo a cómo te sentís. Si están cerca de Córdoba y Paraná, en Almacén Natural vendíanen polvo en la cantidad que vos quieras, hace bastante que no compro ahí pero seguramente sigue habiendo.
