Hello there!

I'm quite new to the CS community (joined in june 2012.), but one of the reasons I joind this social network is that I understood it doesn't work as FB. Usually, I don't give a damn about social networks for a number of reasons, but found CS to be a unique experience due to meeting foreign people in a unique way.

I've never had a FB page, nor I see myself having it anytime during my life. And there are few reasons for it:
1) I know that they are storing my data and informations during and after my staying at FB and I don't need that in my life, ever;
2) I don't care about having "virtual" friends and all the garbage that goes with it.

So, what should I do in this situation? I don't feel like deleting my profile as I had an enormously great experience with CS and met some wonderful persons through it with which I want to keep in touch with.
Also, I don't want to delete my profile at the moment because I want to be SURE that all my data is deleted with deletion of my profile. If I do it right now, I won't be able to follow what the situation is like. Therefore, I'm stuck.

I sold, no, gave away, my privacy, against my will, so I feel excatly like POISONJJJ.

Thank you CS for destroying something that was meant to be a great way for people to connect to each other based on RELIABILITY, TRUST and RESPECT.

Thank You and fuck You!
