I'd get rid of any picture I don't own or that show people who may not want to give up their rights to CouchSurfing International, Inc. or one of its partners or future owners. Be ware, though, that you will only be able to delete the link to the pictures, but that the pictures will remain on the servers and that anyone who knows their address can still access them.

When you registered earlier this year, these were the terms of use.

Just having some kind of presence in the European Union would already provide significantly better legal conditions.

"it used to be like that if
you want .org domain you should be non-profit organisation"

Ever heard of organized crime? I always use CouchSurfing.com.

"CouchSurfing International, Inc. A socially responsible, Certified B Corporation"

And what does that mean, is it just their own made-up phrase to sound nice or sth.?"

It's the Marketing label they bought from B-Lab.

Legally CouchSurfing International, Inc. is a normal for-profit corporation. There is nothing particularly socially responsible about CouchSurfing. On the contrary. Looking at how they have been lying, cheating, hiding, stealing and implementing outrageous terms of use, I'd say they are among the least socially responsible corporations out there. And that is certified.
