Hello guys and girls! =)

I will be in Hong Kong from the 20th to the 30th of August and will have with me the climbing stuff for indoor rock climbing.

I was wondering if anyone would like to join me, or that I could join, for one or two indoor climbing sessions during that time? :)

How does it work in Hong Kong with the "certification"? In Sweden you need to show your skills the first time you go to the gym and then you get the card if the instructor deems that everything's alright. Is it similiar in HKG?

Level wise I'm around 6b/6c on the french/scandinavian scale..

Would be great to hear from someone :)

And even if not climbing, I'm also up for other adventures during that time ;)

cheers everyone! :)

I frequently go to a climbing gym on Hong Kong Island and you are welcome to join if convenient. The gym is much more geared to bouldering than top-roping or lead, You don't need to take any test, just sign a waiver. You should be able to get a tourist price of about 100 hkd per visit.

da-verm.com is the gym.

Just send me a message when you're in town if you want to go climbing.

cheers,

Hey Stefen,

I am also in Hong Kong between the 17.8 and the 24.8. I would also love to go climbing in Hong Kong but I've never been in HK before.

Most of the times I am climbing here in a gym because we don't really have good rocks here. If you are going to climb somewhere in HK during the 20.8 or 24.8 just write me a message I would really like to join!

I'll be in Hong Kong for at least a year. I have only been to 2 climbing places her so far(just got here last week, Just Climb and the YMCA.

I'd be up for some adventuring if you're still around and if it doesn't fall during a time I have to work. Let me know!
