Camp in Saroz, Assos
Posted July 12th, 2012 - 10:29 pm by from Istanbul, Turkey (Permalink)
Lets leave the city in this hot weather and hitch near the Aegean sea. The route is on the way to Izmir via GAllipoli. It is simple and easy in the weekends. We are leaving on saturday. After 4 hours road trip to west from Istanbul, we will camp in Saroz. We can stay there 2 days. Passing the Dardanelles, we will arrive Assos and see the old city for philosophy that Aristotle and Plato lived.

We will hitchhike all the way and enjoy the sealife and beaches of Saroz Bay. The ones who wanna go to Izmir can go on towards south or the ones who wanna see the old ottoman capital can come towards east to Bursa.

This will be a kind of typical low budget CS trip so don't expect luxirous food and comfortable bed,but just bring your good mood and spirit of adventure and fun.
