Fitness Tip: Priority Training Principle
The Priority Training Principle refers to giving precedence to your
weaker bodyparts that are lagging in strength and conditioning, and
prioritizing this as your first muscle group to be worked at the start
of your workout.
In my instance, many years ago, this meant
training calves as the 1st bodypart in a leg training session, followed
by quads and hamst...rings.
