Halloechen! After 4 years living in the cheap and europe's nightlife capital, Berlin, I am also really curious to see what Barcelona has to offer besides the touristic places. I arrived one week ago and I have been saturday on a supposed touristic place - Les Enfants in Raval, but I found the atmosphere good and relaxed and the music also god - indie 80s and electronic..
I think I payed 10 with one drink.

Well if you wanna go free, almost all the clubs in BCN has a special price for girls, and most of then always go free and if you go to Plaça Catalunya always are people who give flyers to go there.
Electronic music you can find clubs like Shoko, Opium, Catwalk nearly of the beach.
SIDECAR for indie: Pl. Reial, you can't miss it (Fridays & Saturdays). I can't remember the entrance fee though, it may be around the 10 € with a drink.
If I remember well, Mondays & Tuesdays are popular among foreigners/tourists at Apolo, no clue about their entrance fee...
