collection of groups/organisations related to sustainability

As discussed (more or less) at the first monthly meeting:

There are already many people doing things similar or related to the things that we would want to do. Instead of starting from scratch, let's find out who these people are and what exactly they are doing, and most importantly, how we can work together or get ideas and learn from them.

Some of them we may be able to join or work together with them. Some others may be doing cool things but could be that they are based in a certain area and we can spread it to other areas. Some may be targeting only a certain group of people, maybe by language, age, experience. We could try to make it more accessible to everyone. And when we think of something that no one else is doing yet, then we can start that certain thing from scratch.

If we find that all these groups are doing things on their own and are isolated, maybe we can try to connect everyone together. Not that everyone has to work with each other but at least that they know of each other's existence and can count on each other for help or information.

Add the links and a short description if possible. As an example, I will start with those most of us know already. Feel free to modify or correct as needed.

To keep it organized copy and paste the whole list and add the new link at the end of the corresponding category and putting (new) in front.

So that's a quick list I did as example and just to get it started. I realize that this list can get very long very quick. Considering there are long lists out there already such as
http://nachhaltigesberlin.de/?page_id=77
and http://ttpankow.wordpress.com/im_netz/

I'm not sure what's the best way to do this, but we shouldn't just be adding every single link we find out there. Maybe we can start by adding those that we are familiar with or only those which we know we will actually contact and meet. (I'm not really familiar with those that I posted myself but they're just for example.) The list can always be modified and links removed as needed.

Looks interesting this Dragon Dreaming thing. But you're thinking we could participate in the workshop or actually work with them? The workshops start at 200 euro for the cheapest for them to teach you how to realize a project as I understand? Maybe we can contact the Berlin trainer Florian Müller and ask him he wants to meet with us and give us some information instead of the whole workshop.
