YELLOW FEVER IN NOTHER CIRCUIT

what i know about yellow fever is that technically you dont require the vaccine in Ethiopia, but if you were to go to some neighbouring places, like Uganda or Congo, you would require it and they wouldnt let you in at all without it. because the north is such a high altitude i think there are less mosquitos (for example malaria isnt present at such high altitudes), but my doctor still told me to take the antimalarial tablets because some places, like Bahir dar, there is a risk.

i know a friend who went to Ethiopia and didnt take the malaria pills or get a yellow fever vaccine at all, and he was of course fine.

I would say to wear plenty of repellent at all times just in case. Yellow fever mosquitos bite during the day, malaria ones at night.
