Crossing Morocco and Mauritania to get to Dakar in November

(en français après)

Hi CSers !

I'm planning on going to Sénégal by way of land in late november, passing through the South of Morocco/Western Sahara, and Mauritania also. The reason I'm going there is to organize the 3rd edition of a nomadic festival of self-published comic books and I will carry some books with me along the way. (more info on www.franzine.org)

I am looking for people who will travel in the same direction. I have a driving license (will get an international one) and is more than willing to ship in for gas.

You're also welcome to share your story or travel experience in that area.

Thanx a million (yeah nothin'less)

Loic

Should add shared taxi from Dakhla (Western Sahara) to Noudibour (Mauritania)

Hi Alan & Karyn
Thanx for the informations !
Happy to know there is a bus that goes all the way down, but being used to hitchicking I'd rather take the road with people who've already cross these countries by car and be able to share the driving experience (...and gas costs).
